(NYSE: DVA) and a leading provider of kidney care services, today announced the formation of a joint venture with Riches Healthcare (RHC), through which a new entity – DaVita Taiwan – will provide services to four dialysis clinics. DaVita will own a majority share of the joint venture entity.

The four clinics currently serviced by RHC are located in and around Taipei, have a combined number of 88 stations and are providing hemodialysis treatments to more than 250 patients.
