How to get support during Hurricane Nicholas

Hurricane Nicholas made landfall earlier this week as a Category 1 hurricane, bringing heavy rain conditions and storm surges to coastal Texas and western Louisiana.

Following the storm, we mobilized our national resources and connected all of our teams to help patients get the care they need, as quickly as possible. As part of this effort, we continue to coordinate with providers across the health care system, including other dialysis providers and hospitals, to help ensure continuity of care for patients who may have been affected.

DaVita’s care teams across the region continue working hard to help keep their patients, themselves and their families safe. Like all health care providers, a number of our centers in high-risk areas have been impacted. While the situation changes regularly, below is a list of centers that are currently affected. For the latest information, please call DaVita Guest Services at 1-800-400-8331. Please dial 9-1-1 if you are in need of urgent medical care or emergency help.
