DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2013-- DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (NYSE: DVA) today announced transitions within the executive leadership team of its HealthCare Partners (HCP) business unit. Matthew Mazdyasni will resign from his HCP position and Dr. Craig Samitt, M.D., and Dennis Kogod will both expand their roles.
Mazdyasni, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been at HCP for 30 years. He will transition his responsibilities by early 2014.
