The Army Spouse Employment Partnership (ASEP) expanded to become MSEP per the White House report "Strengthening Our Military Families - Meeting America's Commitment." MSEP includes all branches of the armed forces, guard and reserves in its program, partnering those families with non-profit organizations, federal agencies and Fortune 500® companies with strong initiatives to employ military spouses across the United States.
