TORRANCE, Calif., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Total Renal Care Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TRL), the second-largest (and largest independent) worldwide provider of integrated dialysis services, today announced the appointment of William S. Schilling as Vice President, Human Resources.
Mr. Schilling, 50, has 25 years of human resources experience, including an extensive background in compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment and retention and labor relations. For the past ten years he was at Laidlaw Inc., a $3.5 billion medical and transportation services business where he rose to the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
Mr. Schilling will report to Kent J. Thiry, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Total Renal Care Holdings, Inc. Mr. Schilling earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Fullerton and a Master of Arts degree in management from the Claremont Graduate University.
