HealthCare Partners Again Recognized for High Levels of Medicare Advantage Quality Achievement

Based on performance measurement year 2014, IHA's Medicare Star Award is given to physician groups and health systems in California for high levels of Medicare Advantage quality achievement.

To earn this recognition, IHA evaluated HealthCare Partners' performance on individual Medicare Stars measures against national benchmarks provided by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) which were then combined into a weighted overall Stars rating across a set of 14 Part C (Medicare Advantage) and Part D (Prescription Drug Plan) clinical measures.
